All returns must be made to Capital Industrial Supply within 10 days of original customer receipt. The customer is responsible for making all returns and for any shipping costs incurred.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all packing materials and manuals present.

Returned items are subject ot a 20% re-stocking fee plus any freight charges that were incurred in shipping the item to the customer.

In addition, all special order items are subject to the return policy of the item's manufacturer. In this case, the manufacturer policy may supercede that of Capital Industrial Supply.
